Bürokratt is a government initiative aimed at simplifying interaction with public services by enabling communication through virtual assistants. It connects public sector systems with private sector solutions into a unified, user-friendly network.

Problem

Citizens and businesses currently face fragmented and often complex interactions with different government systems. Developing and maintaining the components of Bürokratt requires continuous technical expertise, planning, and adherence to strict national and EU requirements.

We worked closely with the contracting authority's architects to plan technical and data architecture for the system. Using agile methodologies, we iteratively developed new features and components while creating proof-of-concept solutions to test feasibility before full implementation.

The platform is aimed to eventually enable users to access multiple government services through natural conversations, without navigating complex portals or understanding departmental structures. This results in higher citizen satisfaction, reduced administrative burden, and more efficient government operations.
